due to a high volume of requests to perform at our venue, it may take some time for us to get in touch with you if we
are interested in booking you. submitting this form does not guarantee that you will be able to perform at the 318, 
but it does guarantee that we will take your request under consideration. 

it is important to us that we take the time to evaluate each band or performer that expresses interest. 
please do not submit the form more than once, or keep emailing, that creates more email for us to read,
and that will mean it takes even longer  for us to get back to you.

we are also booked out much farther than our current online calendar reflects,
so please don't assume if a date is not currently listed on the calendar, that it is available.
