Jeff Arundel & The Hammsmen

Although Billboard magazine called him "the James Taylor of the '90's", there was one problem--James wasn't gone. In fact, he was making great records--but that hasn't stopped the tall, wistful Minnesota Music Award-winning Swede from making melodic, melancholy records and trooping through the hamlets and byways of our great land, with his ragamuffin group "The Hammsmen" in tow. This improbable posse will land at their favourite venue, the 318, for one show only, Friday March 23--and all in one glorious avalanche of music (most of it original), you will smell the fires of Spring, feel the chapping winds of the prairie, and maybe glimpse a peep of mountain sunshine--all while quaffing a Hamms beer, or some other indiscretion. Costumes welcomed, hyperbole suggested, and expectations hopefully minimized.
