Vicky Emerson's Songwriter's Circle

Creative, versatile, charismatic and adventurous, Ryan Lee is a musical storyteller, a folky innovator, a guitar-wielding poet; the artistic offspring of Woody Guthrie, Tracy Chapman, Rufus Wainwright, Joni Mitchell and Cat Stevens. He has traveled from Thailand to Honduras, from metro Minneapolis to off-the-grid Ojibwa, Wisconsin; writing, performing, teaching, creating and sharing his emotional, captivating songs of the sometimes challenging, frequently joyful, always engaging human experience. Visit his website to listen to songs from his latest album, always a river:

A Minnesota native, Singer-Songwriter Annie Fitzgerald has been noted for her ability to empathize with any listener with her remarkable knack for writing songs that stick with you long after they’ve last played.  After 10 years living in NYC and on the road, she and her family have relocated back to her roots to be close to family as they raise their young son. They’re enjoying their new-found sense of Minnesota space and freedom, and have all stopped grinding their teeth. A new album is in the works.

Vicky Emerson's trademark blending of folk and blues has earned her critical acclaim and a spot on the Americana & Roots Radio Charts in 2016.

"Vicky Emerson has a voice like a fallen angel that's as pretty as it is strong, and now she backs it up with growing lyrical depth and richly blue Americana arrangements on her third album. " STAR TRIBUNE

With Wake Me When the Wind Dies Down, Vicky Emerson takes her spot among the best. She may not be as heralded as some of her compatriots, but there is no doubt that she belongs.”-SOUTHERN MN SCENE
